Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Louisville Central is hiring Non-CDL Drivers to join our moving crews. No CDL or previous moving experience required — we provide paid training to help you succeed.

Full-time employees work an average of 8–10 hours per day, with schedules varying based on business needs. Competitive pay at $20 per hour with a planned $1 raise every 6 months, plus bi-weekly pay and tips.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 75 lbs. or more and perform physically demanding work.
• Must complete required pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• No CDL or moving experience required; prior delivery/general labor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely – operate a 26-ft moving truck, perform daily inspections, follow safe driving practices.
• Stay active – help load, unload, pack, and move customers' belongings safely and efficiently.
• Deliver great service – communicate professionally with customers and complete required paperwork.
• Work as a team – support your moving crew to complete jobs safely and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Be your best – show up on time, bring a positive attitude, and take pride in your work.

A Few Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
