Job summary

Charlie's Produce Oregon Division is seeking a transportation coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Transportation Department. This role coordinates driver communications, time and attendance, safety and compliance processes, onboarding support, equipment tracking, and general department administration.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and communicates professionally with drivers and leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in transportation or logistics administrative/support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver meetings and employee engagement activities.
• Administer time-off requests and attendance records.
• Support safety/compliance documentation and driver coaching follow-up.
• Track fleet equipment and supplies; manage inventories and PPE orders.
• Assist with driver recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate department communications and project tracking.
