Job description

Pay Rate: $29.35 per hour

Position Overview

This role involves operating a tractor/trailer truck to make local and regional deliveries within a 275-mile radius of the company. The deliveries primarily include finished products or raw materials/supplies to company distribution and manufacturing centers. The driver is responsible for obtaining proper authorization for all deliveries and pick-ups, inspecting the vehicle for safety before and after trips, and maintaining a DOT driver's log in compliance with all DOT regulations.

Physical Requirements

The position requires handling tractor/trailer components, including bending, cranking landing gear, climbing in and out of cabs, and sitting for extended periods. This is a no-touch freight position, and drivers are expected to be home daily.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Deliver finished products or raw materials to designated destinations.
