Driver - Transport Driver (tractor trailer) CDL A required

Job Details

Pay Rate: $29.35 per hour

This position involves driving a tractor/trailer truck to make local and regional deliveries (up to 275 miles radius) of finished products or raw materials to company distribution and manufacturing centers. The driver must obtain proper authorization for all deliveries/pick-ups, inspect the vehicle for safety before and after trips, and maintain a DOT driver's log in compliance with DOT regulations.

The role requires physical tasks such as bending, cranking landing gear, climbing in and out of cabs, and sitting for extended periods. This is no-touch freight work, and drivers are home daily.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Deliver finished products or raw materials to designated destinations.
2. Ensure the safety and compliance of the load.
3. Maintain DOT driver logs and other required documentation.
4. Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
5. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
