Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Driver non-CDL in Del Rio, Texas to deliver to small format, on premise, off-premise and tell sell accounts, while providing customer service and merchandising the product.

The role runs Monday through Friday with a 5:00am start time and local routes; overtime and weekend work may be required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card within first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to scheduled accounts in good condition and within scheduled delivery time.
• Assures brands and packages are rotated properly, safeguarding against past-dated products available to consumers.
• Collects and tracks cash/credit proceeds and products removed from inventories.
• Computes and records transactions for all related cash, checks, and documents.
• Provides shelf merchandising to stores upon request by manager or customer.
• Maintains assigned vehicle in accordance to applicable safety regulations.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Shift and Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 5:00am until route is finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Local routes

Position Responsibilities

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $23.40 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.66 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
