Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Driver Trainee in Georgetown, OH. Trainees will gain essential experience working alongside drivers to learn the responsibilities of a CDL driver, including the collection and hauling of waste or recycling.
This position involves classroom training and practical on-the-road experience. Candidates must be at least 19 years old and able to obtain a DOT medical card and CDL within specified timelines. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Driver Trainee trains side‑by‑side with drivers to gain experience. Driver Trainees begin employment in a trainee role while training to become a CDL driver. Drivers are responsible for servicing assigned route(s)/customers with the collection and hauling of waste or recycling materials to a disposal site or recycling plant.
