Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Driver Trainee. You will train alongside drivers to gain CDL experience, assist with servicing routes, and learn to haul waste safely to disposal sites.
The role begins in a trainee capacity with growth into a CDL driver position. You will participate in classroom and hands-on training, perform daily route tasks, and demonstrate safe driving practices as you progress toward full CDL certification.

The Driver Trainee position trains side-by-side with the drivers to gain experience. Driver Trainees begin employment in a trainee role, while training to move into a CDL driver role. Driver Trainees are responsible for assisting with servicing assigned route(s)/customers with the collection and hauling of waste or recycling materials to a disposal site or recycling plant while learning the skills necessary to advance to a driver role.
