Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a CDL A Driver to deliver products to customer jobsites across the region. You will operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks, follow DOT regulations, and maintain accurate paperwork. The role may involve unloading with forklifts and assisting warehouse staff as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Class A CDL with at least one year of experience, and Hazmat certification is preferred. Excellent shifts, benefits, and stability are highlighted in the opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites using a tractor-trailer or straight truck (GVW >26,000 lb).
• Possibly unload shipments with a truck-mounted forklift.
• Follow DOT regulations and maintain safety standards; ensure manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• Assist warehouse team with pulling/packing orders as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.

A CDL A Driver at White Cap...

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites using a tractor-trailer or straight truck with a GVW over 26,000 pounds.
• May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong emphasis on safety.
• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Has a Class A CDL license with a minimum of one year of experience.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) certification
• Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations preferred
• Forklift certification
• Spanish language proficiency
