Job summary

VENU+ is seeking a Driver Technician to safely operate box trucks, deliver rentals to theme parks and resorts, and perform routine maintenance on mobility equipment. You will navigate local routes, ensure on-time deliveries, and uphold high safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years' box truck experience, strong driving and computer skills, and excellent communication. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a box truck driver.
• Strong knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent driving and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate medium to large trucks to deliver/pick up rental equipment at parks, resorts, and facilities.
• Deliver orders via the most effective route within required timeframes.
• Perform maintenance on mobility equipment (strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, lockers).
• Ensure delivery documents are accurate and received by the customer; report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Load and unload equipment promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain records of deliveries and pickups.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of equipment as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns.

As a Driver Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods and equipment.
