Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Memphis, TN seeks a Driver Supervisor to dispatch routes, manage a fleet, and run personal routes. You will deliver exceptional customer service while driving a box truck, ensuring safe loading/unloading, and supporting the company’s commitment to excellence.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (5:00 AM–3:00 PM or until completion) with potential overtime. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to assigned personnel through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation and communication.
• Conduct interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Support safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure drivers complete all required daily paperwork and logs.
• Dispatch: route paperwork, COD logs, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Fleet: monitor DOT regulations, PMs, and repairs; coordinate training for drivers.
• Drive a box truck up to 26,001 pounds and maintain records; perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
