This role is responsible for managing a team of professional drivers and a fleet of trucks to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery performance while meeting customer, project, and operational requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily driver and fleet operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries.
• Supervise, coach, and develop drivers while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service.
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle readiness, and transportation performance to maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, project requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with plant, production, quality, and project teams to support customer expectations and project schedules.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
