Job summary

Heidelberg Materials, a global leader in building materials, seeks a trainee to support concrete production processes, quality control, and safety standards. You will work with plant and field teams to support daily operations and logistics.

This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop leadership and technical skills as you contribute to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service activities, with exposure to sustainability projects.

Line of Business: RMC Pay Range: $75,410.00 - $100,549.99

What You'll Be Doing
  • Learn and apply concrete production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Work Environment

This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at concrete plants and construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in outdoor environments and around heavy equipment.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, and move around construction sites and production facilities for extended periods. Capability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds. Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots. Occasional climbing, bending, and kneeling may be required.
