Qualifications

Job Summary

This hands-on leadership position is in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment. The Delivery Driver Supervisor oversees daily transportation operations, ensures driver performance, maintains regulatory compliance, supports customer satisfaction, and promotes a safe, efficient work environment. This role leads and develops delivery drivers while ensuring operational goals are achieved.

Essential Functions

• Oversees daily transportation operations, including driver assignments, route planning, scheduling, and delivery performance.
• Supervises, coaches, and develops delivery drivers to ensure safe work practices, high productivity, and exceptional customer service
• Ensures all company vehicles are properly maintained, inspected, and operated in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Builds and maintains positive customer relationships by promptly addressing service issues and resolving customer concerns.
• Conducts driver training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching to support employee development and accountability.
• Monitors compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations and company policies, including disciplinary and corrective action processes when necessary.

Required Education and Experience

• Class A -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Highschool /GED
• Minimum of one year of experience
• Ability to drive safely.
• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
• Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of traffic rules, policies, and procedures, and OSHA and EPA regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to load and unload packages with and without handcarts in various types of weather.
• This position requires physical work.

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 (Annualized) Paid Weekly
