Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking a Driver Manager to support drivers and ensure efficient load coordination. This hands-on role offers an excellent entry point for a career in transportation.

The position offers a Friday–Monday 6AM–6PM schedule with a pay range of $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision Plans, 401K, and PTO. You will build driver relationships, track pickups and deliveries, and analyze trends to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating drivers and loads.
• Strong communication and organization.
• Proficiency with Excel or spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to support success.
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by tracking loads.
