Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Driver (Straight Truck) / Class B Delivery Driver in Memphis. You will operate a 24’ box truck, unload with pallet jack and lift gate, and deliver to customer locations with a focus on exceptional service.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm, with finish time based on routes. Responsibilities include maintaining logs, reporting incidents to dispatch, inspecting the vehicle, and presenting a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• CDL-B license and clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of CDL-B route delivery experience.
• Experience with pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Lift gate experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must pass DOT medical exam.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck (26,000 GVW).
• Load and unload cargo via hand, pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Track and document the activity log.
• Report issues to dispatch.
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip.
• Communicate with customers with a positive attitude.

The Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driverwill be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6am - 3pm / Finish

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

• A valid commercial driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic
