Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Warehouse / Shipping Associate in Tualatin, OR. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering a stable full-time career path with opportunities in operations and customer service.

You will ship/receive materials, manage stock, and use SAP and forklift tools to ensure accurate orders. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid license are required; forklift certification is a plus with training provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ months warehouse or customer service experience.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification a plus, training provided.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with stock/inventory processes.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part team offering our customers world class service and support. You’ll use your strong customer service skills when interacting with customers.

This position is on site at our service center. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Great work / life balance!

• Ship and/or receive materials, maintain stock areas and inventory using paper pick tickets and SAP computer system to ship orders.
• Use forklift, simple hand and power tools, weighing scales, postage meters. Cycle counting, daily maintenance
• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver orders and equipment
• Assist in data entry, counter and telephone sales/service, order pulling, and customer calls as needed
• Maintain clean driving record

Qualifications

• 6+ months warehouse or customer service experience
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend and regular lifting of 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certified a plus but we can train
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
