Responsibilities

As a Warehouse/Driver associate, you will perform duties to support our customers, including picking up and delivering orders, shipping and receiving materials, and maintaining stock areas and inventory. You will also interact with customers at the Service Center and during deliveries, providing excellent customer service.

The goal is to partner with our Service Center team to deliver first-class service, grow our business, develop new customers, and meet or exceed sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.

• Perform warehouse duties such as receiving, verifying, stocking, and preparing orders. Ensure accuracy of merchandise.

• Follow daily schedules, work orders, and instructions.

• Operate equipment including trucks, hand tools, and scales.

• Use company vehicle for pickups and deliveries, planning efficient routes.

• Assist with counter sales, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.

• Maintain a clean driving record.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service or warehouse experience, preferably in distribution or parts.

• Basic computer, data entry, math, mechanical, and reading skills.

• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50 lbs or more.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of industrial products.

• Warehouse experience.
