Job Responsibilities:

The Shuttle Driver will:

1. Deliver loaded trailers to the shuttle depot and return the empty trailers back to the branch.
2. Maintain delivery time windows.
3. Immediately communicate problems with supervisor.
4. Perform duties by following the company’s safety standards.
5. Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude, following dress code and cleanliness standards.

Job Qualifications:

Must have:

1. A good driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in the past three (3) years.
2. Passed required Drug and Physical Screening.
3. At least 1 year of DOT driving experience.
4. A valid state issued Class A CDL driver’s license with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements.
5. Ability to operate/drive a single axle with 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft. trailers with tandem axle tractors.
6. A High School Diploma or GED (work experience may be substituted for education).

The videos are also used to exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a driver consent form upon hire to confirm their understanding.”
