Springhouse, a HumanGood community in Boston, is seeking a friendly part-time Driver to greet residents and visitors, and to help ensure safe travel throughout the community. You will work as part of the Resident Services team to deliver hospitality and outstanding service every day.

The role requires at least one year of driving experience and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with benefits including health plans, PTO, a 401(k) match, and

Description

The Driver position is responsible for greeting all residents, team members, and visitors in a warm, confident, and knowledgeable manner. She/he is responsible for ensuring the safe travel of the residents, visitors, and team members of the community. Works as a member of the Resident Services team to deliver excellence in hospitality and customer service.

Rate of Pay : $22-25/ Hour
Schedule: Part Time

To be successful in this role you will need:

• One year’s driving experience required
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Desire to work in an environment where you interact with & provide service to our Residents daily
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a favorable driving record
