Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and procedures and assisting in emergencies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and incidents calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; report unusual conditions or violations.
• Document patrols and incidents and share information with leadership and site contacts.
