Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in transportation/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Prior driving experience preferred but not required.
• Familiar with Bendix and Safety Direct dash cams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-scene accident investigations and determine fault; educate drivers on policy.
• Coach drivers and operations staff on hours of service compliance.
• Provide expertise on cargo securement and cargo claims investigations; coordinate resolutions.
• Approve or declines driver applications for employment.
• Conduct safety reviews and retraining as needed; handle disciplinary meetings including terminations.
