Job Description

Primary Location: Springville, Utah

Driver's Helper: Assists with the successful delivery of products to customer stores. Candidates must demonstrate high accuracy in delivery, excellent customer service skills, and understanding of safety precautions. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. The work environment is typically loud and may include exposure to outside weather conditions, vehicle fumes and exhaust, and moving machinery parts.

1. Rides inside the cab of a delivery truck and loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, hand truck, forklift, or electric pallet jack, as appropriate.
2. Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved.
3. Loads materials into vehicles to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
4. Conveys materials between the truck and the designated loading and delivery area.
5. Arranges products according to prearranged plans or management-approved ideas.
