Job description

Primary Purpose

**Rehoboth MA location** The Service Technician operates a company service truck and drives to various locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. This position is the heart of our business. Experienced drivers are welcome. We are willing to train as well.

Essential Functions

• Ability to safely drive company vehicles.
• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with Throne Depot and DOT requirements.
• Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with Throne Depot and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Conduct portable toilet service to Throne Depot's service standards
• Perform customer service interaction when on customer work sites to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard.
• The ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
• Provide routing feedback to the Route analyst/Ops Manager/Supervisor to be most efficient as well as giving the customer the best service possible.

• Sit while driving and stand while servicing.

• Frequently hear sounds and recognize the difference between them.
• Enter and exit equipment by stepping and kneeling.

Salary Range

$24.00 - $28.00 per/hour DOE
