The Route Sales Representative is responsible for selling and merchandising Dietz & Watson’s full line of quality products to existing and new accounts while driving a Dietz & Watson truck.

This position offers a competitive base pay plus incentives, including medical, dental, and vision healthcare benefits.

This is a full-time role, averaging 45-50 hours weekly, with start times between 4 am and 5 am.

Primary Duties:

  • Selling and delivering Dietz & Watson products along an established route.
  • Building sales by working with clients and customers.
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds at arm’s length on a continual basis.
  • Occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Using both hands and arms effectively.
  • Maintaining a high level of concentration and attention to detail.
  • Working in a Safety Sensitive Position.
