The Route Sales Representative is responsible for selling and merchandising Dietz & Watson’s products to existing and new accounts while driving a Dietz and Watson truck.

This full-time position offers competitive pay plus incentives, including medical, dental, and vision benefits. Weekly hours are between 45-50, with start times between 4 am & 5 am.

Primary Duties

1. Selling and delivering products to an established route.
2. Building sales with clients and introducing new products.
3. Attempting to increase sales at each stop.
4. Maintaining financial records of daily sales.
5. Managing inventory of the delivery truck.
6. Using handheld computers for order processing.

Qualifications - Minimum Requirements

• Possess CDL B license.
• Have a 2-year clear driving history.
• Sales experience.
• Ability to walk and stand continually.
• Ability to climb stairs, bend, and twist frequently.
• Lifting up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Use of both hands and arms.
• High level of concentration and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position.
