The Route Sales Representative is responsible for selling and merchandising Dietz & Watson’s complete line of quality products to existing and new accounts while driving a Dietz and Watson truck.

Position Details

This position offers competitive base pay plus incentives, including medical, dental, and vision healthcare benefits.

This is a full-time role with weekly hours averaging between 45-50 hours, starting between 4 am & 5 am.

Primary Duties
  • Selling and delivering Dietz and Watson products to an established route.
  • Building sales with clients/customers.
  • Introducing new products.
  • Attempting to increase sales at each stop.
  • Maintaining financial records of daily sales.
  • Managing inventory of the delivery truck.
  • Using a handheld computer.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Possess CDL B.
  • Have a 2-year clear driving history.
  • Sales experience.
  • Ability to walk and stand continually.
  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Bending and twisting frequently.
  • Lifting up to 20 pounds regularly; occasionally up to 60 pounds.
  • Use of both hands and arms.
  • High level of concentration and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position.
