Job Details

Position Title: CDL A or B Driver

Department: Residential - Operations

Shift: Day

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies
• Maintain a hazard-free, accident-free environment
• Prioritize safety at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and be courteous with all customers
• Report concerns regarding equipment, routes, or customers to a Lead or Manager
• Complete daily start and end shift procedures, including PPE usage and uniform compliance

Tasks

• Perform pre/post trip inspections, fuel and wash trucks, and adhere to safety standards
• Operate trucks per company procedures
• Maintain valid CDL licenses and acceptable MVR
• Participate in training and route mapping
• Follow instructions and observe legal driving practices
• Work independently without close supervision

• Employee Handbook, Safety Truck Driver Handbook, Basin Disposal Driver Expectations, and other operational guides

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Travel daily between sites, outdoors in various weather conditions
• Potential exposure to waste, pathogens, insects, animals, and hazards
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Physical activities include sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs routinely and 90 lbs as needed
