Job summary

Our inpatient facilities house 22 clients (spanning two locations) who receive specialized and personal care from our staff. The facilities are situated on 15 acres in scenic Bangor, just 15 minutes outside of Oroville.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Driver & Resident transports clients to various appointments as needed, maintains the tidiness of the facility, and performs light housekeeping and cooking duties. They support the nursing team by assisting with medication passing and other duties to meet client needs.

Essential Functions:

• Pick up and drop off patients
• Interact and communicate professionally with patients
• Drive for extended periods
• Assist clients within the facility when not driving
• Assist with intakes and facility needs
• Ensure the security of the building, conduct safety checks, and monitor property entrances
• Conduct house meetings with clients
• Submit reports of daily activities
• Report suspicious behaviors
• Aid clients in need
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with cooking and dishes, following recipes accurately
• Help with client intakes and preparations for admission
• Assist with client comfort and laundry needs
• Transport clients as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class C license (Class A or B preferred)
• CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained upon hire)
• Current TB test and health screening (can be obtained upon hire)

Hourly wage: $25

The posted pay range is an estimate based on current circumstances and may be adjusted. Factors influencing pay include experience, training, shifts, business needs, and education.
