Job summary

Dynamic Transit in the St. Louis area is seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter who thrives on building relationships and solving hiring puzzles.

You will identify and engage qualified CDL drivers, guide them through the hiring process, and help make decisions based on DOT regulations and company standards. You'll also use our ATS, social media, and recruiting tools to keep a strong pipeline and a positive candidate experience.
