The Fit:

As a Driver Recruiter, you connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and educate them on our training process, fleet options, income potential, and communicate the benefits of working for Roehl. Additionally, you make informed hiring decisions to ensure we hire highly motivated and qualified candidates. Therefore, you must possess the following skills:

The Experience:

We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful. No experience in recruiting is necessary. This is a great opportunity for those who have worked in a customer-facing position in retail or food service or those who have worked in a contact center environment.

The Wage:

You will receive a competitive salary and you are eligible for a variable compensation bonus. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off. We even offer tuition reimbursement if you are interested in advancing your education.
