Job summary

KKW Trucking Inc is seeking an on-site Support Recruiter to source, screen, and coordinate qualified Class A CDL driver applicants in Rialto, CA. You will manage a rich pipeline, leverage Tenstreet ATS, and drive offers to successful candidates.

The role emphasizes cold calling, direct sourcing, and consistent follow-up to meet weekly hiring targets. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Class A driver recruiting experience.
• Experience with cold calling and direct sourcing.
• Experience using Tenstreet ATS.
• Excellent phone and people skills.
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.
• Self-starter mindset with ability to manage your own workload.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Typing at least 40 WPM.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Background check: required.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified Class A CDL drivers using traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods.
• Use recruiting channels including social media, job boards, cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job fairs, employment agencies, and other outreach.
• Recruit, screen, and interview driver applicants.
• Maintain an active recruiting pipeline and consistently follow up with candidates.
• Work toward a target of 3 qualified driver hires per week within assigned hiring areas.
• Manage driver applications in the Tenstreet applicant tracking system.
• Complete offer letters for approved applicants.
• Accurately track calls, referrals, applications, and candidate activity.
• Respond quickly to incoming calls, applications, resumes, referrals, and emails.
• Travel as needed to help develop and grow assigned hiring markets.
• Take on additional recruiting duties as assigned.
