Job summary

Plum Market Delivery Drivers transport Plum Market merchandise to and from local Plum Market division locations and properties. They are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of all items.

They must maintain a variety of records, including by not limited to time at each stop, purpose of trip, transfer paperwork, mileage and vehicle maintenance. You will model and provide exceptional Guest Service, work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, and uphold

Qualifications

• Six months of Team Member experience in retail or food service.
• Excellent communication skills and guest service mindset.
• Ability to work a variety of retail shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic receiving product knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Plum Market merchandise to and from local Plum Market divisions and properties.
• Maintain records of time at stops, purpose of trip, transfer paperwork, mileage and vehicle maintenance.
• Uphold Plum Market’s receiving standards and orderly back-of-house areas.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Communicate effectively with guests, teammates and store leadership.

You have a minimum six months Team Member experience in industry or equivalent.

You have basic receiving product knowledge.

What you will bring:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of some Microsoft Office Programs.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work a variety of retail shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break, we work on the floor, and alongside our team.

Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads, up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

What you will do:

Model and provide exceptional Guest Service.

In charge of all assigned deliveries to and from all Plum Market divisions and properties.

Uphold Plum Market's quality & receiving standards.

Maintain an organized receiving and back of house area.

Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to all safe work practices.

Effectively communicate with Guests, Team Members and Store Leadership.
