Job summary

Plum Market is seeking Delivery Drivers to transport goods between Plum Market divisions and properties. You’ll ensure safe, timely deliveries and maintain records of trips, mileage, and vehicle checks.

The role requires guest-focused service, ability to manage multiple deliveries, and willingness to work varied retail shifts, including nights and weekends. Plum Market offers training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of Team Member experience in the retail or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model and provide exceptional Guest Service.
• In charge of all assigned deliveries to and from Plum Market divisions and properties.
• Uphold Plum Market’s quality and receiving standards.
• Maintain an organized receiving and back of house area.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safe work practices.

Description:

Plum Market Delivery Drivers transport Plum Market merchandise to and from local Plum Market division locations and properties. They are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of all items. They must maintain a variety of records, including by not limited to time at each stop, purpose of trip, transfer paperwork, mileage and vehicle maintenance.

• You model and provide exceptional Guest Service.
• You have a minimum six months Team Member experience in industry or equivalent.
• You have basic receiving product knowledge.

What you will bring:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of some Microsoft Office Programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work a variety of retail shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break, we work on the floor, and alongside our team.
• Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads, up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
