Job summary

Temco Logistics, a proud subsidy of The Home Depot, is seeking a Driver Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service in the final mile, maintaining Temco’s white-glove standards for Home Appliance Installation.

As a Driver Manager, you will lead on-road operations, monitor performance, and coach drivers for safety and service quality. The role requires strong leadership, compliance oversight, and collaboration with the MDO team to optimize routes and schedules.

Qualifications

• Home Appliance Installation experience or mechanical aptitude to learn the installation process.
• Knowledge of Routing, Scheduling, DOT & Safety Compliance in Transportation Operations.
• Demonstrated hands-on leadership and adaptability to fill in during absences or peak times.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-road operations and support drivers with calls, exceptions, and issue resolution.
• Prepare manifests, review routing for optimization and DOT compliance, and coordinate changes with the MDO team.
• Train and onboard new customer service staff.
• Build office and driver schedules and ensure hours adherence.
• Review payroll accuracy and partner with Driver Managers on route adjustments.
• Oversee DOT compliance and safety standards for drivers and equipment.
