Job summary

Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is seeking dependable and compassionate Drivers to join our team. You will provide safe, timely transportation for individuals participating in Life Skills Development and other agency programs, helping them access services and community activities.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a commitment to excellent support and customer service. The position offers flexible, part-time hours with a pay rate of $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Federal Level II background check.
• Must possess a Florida Driver's License with clean record (3 years).
• Excellent customer service and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to and from designated locations.
• Provide transportation for Life Skills programs and activities.
• Follow safety procedures for wheelchair lifts and vehicles.
• Maintain daily vehicle logs and report issues promptly.
• Communicate professionally with managers, staff, and clients.
