Chapters Health System is seeking a Transportation Associate to directly transport physically limited passengers to and from their destinations in a safe, timely manner. You will interact with caregivers and community agencies as part of the Hope PACE team and help maintain vehicle safety and readiness.
Required are a Florida driver’s license, auto insurance, First Aid/CPR/AED, and Alzheimer’s training, plus at least one year working with frail elderly or handicapped individuals.

High School Diploma Certificates, Licenses, and Registration: Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation. First Aid, CPR, and AED certification is required. Course certification must include hands‑on skills validation to ensure competency. Courses from both the American Red Cross (Adult First Aid/CPR/AED) or the American Heart Association (Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED), meet this requirement Certification of completion of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Training through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
At least one year experience in transporting handicapped individuals and working with the frail elderly.
