Job summary

Immanuel invites applications for a Driver to support Pathways Southwest Iowa in Council Bluffs, IA. The role requires delivering safe transportation for participants and related items, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule and some flexibility in start/end times.

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Driver to work at Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Driver to work at Pathways Southwest Iowa located at 1702 North 16th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a need for flexible start and end times.

This position will pay up to $23.36/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

Provide safe and timely transportation of Immanuel Pathways participants, under the supervision of the Transportation Supervisor. In addition to transporting participants, the primary responsibilities of this job also include the Driver to transport meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other items deemed necessary. The Driver is responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis. Responsible for communicating any safety issue to the Transportation Supervisor. Be capable of, and experienced in, transporting individuals with special mobility needs.
