Description

We’re looking for a dependable, full-time team member to join our Operations Team at our Lenexa, KS location. This is a first shift position that offers variety and the opportunity to contribute in multiple areas of our day-to-day operations.

We're seeking someone who:

• Is a safe and responsible driver
• Works well as part of a collaborative team
• Is flexible and adaptable to shifting needs based on customer demand

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform local deliveries using a range of company vehicles, including a transit van, truck, or flatbed
• Assist with receiving incoming product
• Help with order picking and fulfillment

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must meet eligibility for coverage under the company’s auto insurance per our Driver Safety Policy
• Must pass a DOT Physical and hold a valid Federal Med Card (we will cover the cost if you do not currently have one)

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy.
• Must possess a valid FedMed Card or be willing/able to obtain prior to employment by taking a DOT Physical (arranged for and paid for by us).
• Must be willing/able to obtain valid forklift certification issued by Packer Fastener
• Familiarity with delivery territory
• A highly-detailed individual with a focus on accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• A well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization.
