Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, seeks a supervisor to manage drivers and training at the OpCo, ensuring safe, efficient deliveries and DOT compliance. You will help monitor logs, coordinate driver records, and support daily transportation operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years transportation supervisory or related experience including knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) certified.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Assists in scheduling and ensuring deliveries and pickups are made in a timely manner; rides with drivers for training/evaluation.
• Supports Transportation/Operations Manager with day-to-day administration of transportation and delivery functions; reviews logs and expense reports; ensures DOT/compliance.
