Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Driver Supervisor to lead our transportation team. You will supervise delivery drivers, coordinate schedules, and ensure routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in logistics, fleet operations, or distribution, with strong organizational and communication skills. CDL is preferred but not required; overtime applies as needed, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising drivers or transportation teams.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers during daily operations.
• Coordinate driver schedules, route assignments, and coverage.
• Monitor on-time performance and address issues as they arise.
• Communicate with drivers to provide support and resolve concerns.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and regulations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and performance management.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
• Collaborate with warehouse and office staff for efficient delivery operations.
• Maintain records and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and customer service.
