Job summary

Swift Transportation in Decatur, GA seeks a Driver Development Coordinator to coach new drivers from onboarding through solo qualification, fostering engagement and retention.

You will monitor training progress, partner with mentors and leadership, and ensure safety and timely payroll documentation in a team-oriented culture. This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience training new drivers.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to obtain Qualified Collector certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience and qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL DO
