Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Non CDL Driver in Taylor, TX for day shifts (Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm). The role focuses on safely operating 26’ box trucks, performing inspections, and coordinating with dispatch to keep the supply chain moving smoothly.

From day one, GXO offers a competitive compensation package including health coverage, a 401(k), life and disability insurance, and more, with pay starting at $25.00 per hour and overtime after 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 6 months of driving experience operating the same type of equipment or larger in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive 26’ box trucks in and around the site or on public roads.
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices.
• Perform routine inspections of the vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.

What you'll need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum you'll need:

• 6 months of driving experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 21 years old
• A current valid driver's license and a safe driving record

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
