Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non CDL Truck Driver to join our Transportation team. The role focuses on safely operating company vehicles, delivering customer orders, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

You will collaborate with the operations team to ensure a high level of service and a smooth delivery process. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of route experience, the ability to lift, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record; pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins up to 350 pounds; physical stamina for walks, stands, and sit-time.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and clear verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles following security/regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders on schedule and complete paperwork for records and routes.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to ensure high service levels and smooth delivery/retrieval.
