Builders FirstSource in Lincoln, NE seeks a Safety-conscious Delivery Driver responsible for loading, transporting and delivering materials to customer sites, ensuring on-time, undamaged shipments and professional service.
This role requires operating forklifts or hand trucks, maintaining logs, following DVIR/HOS, and upholding safety procedures. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are essential. Prior delivery experience with building materials is desirable.
Individuals holding a Medical Marijuana Card are not eligible for this position as it is considered a safety-sensitive position. This position involves tasks that, if performed under the influence of drugs or alcohol, could expose the team member or others to serious bodily injury. This includes roles requiring the operation of machinery, power tools, working at heights, or driving as a regular job function.
Responsible for loading, transporting and delivering materials to customer sites. Adheres to driver safety/compliance regulations, delivers un-damaged goods on schedule, and provides professional service to customers. Non-CDL will drive vehicles weighing 10,001-26,000 pounds.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
