Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Remote Route Driver to cover Fort Worth and surrounding areas with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The starting wage is $24.00 per hour, and the benefits package includes 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.

CDL is preferred but not required, Hazmat training is a plus, and lifting up to 75 lbs is required. Responsibilities include loading and unloading, timely delivery with proper documentation, customer service, and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior delivery experience.
• Medical examiner's certificate and the ability to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record within company policy limits.
• Must be able to become certified through OSHA in Basic Hazmat, Driver Specific Hazmat, and Security Awareness.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and unload product on route and maintain a schedule.
• Receive and provide documentation for delivery of goods to ensure timely service.
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
• Accurately handle CODs and delivery manifests.
• Perform vehicle inspections pre- and post-delivery and comply with regulations.

Position Overview

Join our Texas team as a Remote Route Driver! We're seeking an experienced driver to cover Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. If you have reliable transportation and experience with multi-stop routes, we'd love to hear from you. Essential Functions

• Ability to load, secure and unload product safely, and maintain a route schedule
• Receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery of goods to ensure timely service
• Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
• Accurate handling of CODs, delivery manifests
• Vehicle inspection, both pre- and post-delivery, compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Excellent attendance and reliability are critical
• With minimal supervision, demonstrated ability to solve practical problems
• Hazmat training a plus

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, balance and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp and move a variety of materials. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently.

Compensation

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $24.00. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
