Job summary

Bayou Movers in Houston, TX is seeking reliable drivers to join our team. As a driver, you will operate moving trucks, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure excellent customer service during every move.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly. CDL is preferred but not required; weekend availability is a plus. We provide paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to transport customer belongings safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading, securing, and unloading items, ensuring zero damage.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with customers to confirm schedules and address concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Provide guidance to moving helpers during jobs.
