Job summary

Square Cow Moovers is hiring Drivers and Movers in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead local and long-distance moving crews, drive a 26 ft box truck, and perform pre/post-trip inspections while loading and unloading clients' goods. Expect physical work with lifting up to 50 lbs and a focus on outstanding service.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour with paid training, daily tips, and a 401(k) plan with company match up to 3%. Opportunities exist to travel for long-distance moves.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews.
• Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods.
• Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes upstairs).
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.

What You'll Do:

• Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews
• Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
• Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods
• Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes upstairs)
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting at $15.00 - $17.00/hour, depending on experience
• Paid Training
• Daily Tips - Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips
• 401(k) - Company match up to 3%
• Opportunity to travel for long-distance moves.
