Job summary

All My Sons Moving & Storage is seeking team members in the San Antonio area to drive 26-ft box trucks, move furniture, and deliver high-quality customer experiences on residential moves. Earn $20–$30+ per hour with tips and bonuses, plus weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Positions are available full-time or part-time; shifts are typically full-day. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen and be physically able to lift heavy loads in a fast-paced moving environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
• Ability to climb stairs and pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management
