Job summary

All My Sons Moving & Storage in Idaho is seeking dependable movers to join our residential moving team, offering $20–$30+ per hour plus tips and bonuses. Weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses reward top performers.

You’ll operate 26-ft box trucks, lift and move household items, and provide excellent service to customers while working with a professional team in residential settings. No prior moving experience required, but reliability and fitness help.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment used when appropriate.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management.
