Join a brand-new location with room to grow. We’re hiring Drivers and Movers to help launch our new TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in Thousand Oaks. If you’re dependable, hardworking, customer-friendly, and ready for active work, we’d love to meet you.

Our Thousand Oaks team will be led by experienced managers and crew leaders who know the moving industry inside and out and can help set you up for success.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the moving industry, earn solid pay plus tips, stay active, and grow with a new team from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits

• Drivers: starting at $20/hour
• Movers: starting at $18/hour

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods
• Safely move customers’ belongings in homes, apartments, offices, and storage settings
• For drivers: operate a 26-foot box truck safely and professionally (no CDL required)
• Wrap, protect, pack, and organize items for transport
• Perform basic assembly and disassembly of furniture as needed
• Work as part of a team to deliver a smooth, professional moving experience
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs consistently
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
• Team-oriented and able to follow direction well
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for driver applicants
• Background check required
• Moving, warehouse, general labor, delivery, landscaping, or construction experience is a plus, but not required
